Custom-made wall lamps made to order
Gabi and Toni from Schliersee already have many of our unique pieces in their home. From wall candle holders and pendant lamps to bowls and lanterns. Their house almost resembles a small cork forest.
A few weeks ago, the couple approached us with a very specific request. They wanted two wall lamps, but they needed to be as slim as possible. We discussed a few ideas and arrived at the following solution: A slate plate serves as the base and wall mount, onto which an LED unit with an up-and-down lighting effect is mounted, as is standard with our existing wall lamps. The new feature is the cover for the LED unit, made from a halved cork tube.
Gabi and Toni, as well as we ourselves, were very enthusiastic about this idea and eagerly awaited the result. The two wall lamps are now hanging and perfectly showcase the beautiful cast-iron wood-burning stove and the stone wall behind it.
We have therefore decided to include this type of wall lamp in our regular product range. We expect to present the first models in our online shop and, of course, in our physical store within three to four weeks. We will keep you updated.
